2026 TIMELINE

Sunday, March 15th Registration opens to everyone.

Friday, May 15th 3 - 6pm Receive your square at Polara Studio (1309 SE Division, Portland), be assigned an editing pod and pick up any discounted rental gear from our fabulous sponsor, Pro Photo Supply.

Friday 3pm - Saturday 4pm Shoot and explore your square!

Saturday, May 16th 1pm Studio reopens and group editing begins.

Saturday 4pm - Contest submissions are due. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Saturday 3pm - 6pm - Break for beer, wine and brats at the Polara Studio Courtyard. Participants can head to local restaurants for full meals.

Saturday 6pm-9pm  Dessert and Live judging. Winners announced at the end of each category.

Saturday 9pm Winners’ Slideshow. That’s a wrap!
